Employment Details
Full time, Fixed Term (12‐month contract) – Salary $60.27–$62.79 per hour (SCHADS Level7B) with additional benefits: leave loading 17.5% on annual leave, salary packaging up to $15,899, meal & entertainment allowance up to $2,650 per year, paid parental leave after 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities
Lead the newly established Towong Surge Team, delivering mental‐health and wellbeing services across the Towong Shire. Shape and deliver responsive interventions and collaborate closely with the Border, Wimmera and Mallee Mental Health and Wellbeing Local network to ensure seamless support across the region. Build community‐led, inclusive, values‐driven services that make lasting impact for individuals, carers and families.
Qualifications
* Diploma or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (mental health / AOD)
* Minimum 3years experience in mental health and/or AOD sector
* Experience in a team, senior leader or management role
* Demonstrated time‐management, excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, proactive approach; ability to manage competing needs, deadlines and priorities with efficiency and professionalism
* Ability to work independently and within a team
Additional Requirements
* Current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
* Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
* Right to work within Australia
* Valid National Police Records Check (within last 12months)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
