Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Contributing to performance, risk, and attribution reporting, and mandate compliance services to clients
* Handling client or prospect‑related matters such as RFPs, reporting, record maintenance, and supporting Relationship and Client Service Managers
* Supporting the end‑to‑end trade lifecycle for clients investing in managed funds (unlisted unit trusts)
* Assisting the Local Custody Corporate Actions team with researching and processing fixed income and equity corporate actions across Australia and New Zealand, including complex events
* Contributing to reporting and analysis on risk‑related topics for committees and stakeholders, improving information collection and reporting for senior management

* For NZ candidates: supporting the change roadmap with Project Managers and Business Analysts, including business requirements and testing plans
* For NZ candidates: supporting NZ Global Custody Account Management with client queries, coordination, issue management, and report production
About You
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Recent graduate, final year undergraduate, or master's student in any discipline with a GPA of 3.3/4.0 or equivalent
* Available to work full time from February 2026 onwards
* Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited institution
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interaction
* Quick learner with a strong interest in financial services and ability to grasp complex processes
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and eager to learn new software and financial systems
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proactive, team‑oriented with strong accountability and integrity
* Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks is advantageous
