As the Bar Manager of La Luna Beach Club, you will be the driving force behind our bar operations. You'll bring your creativity, expertise, and leadership to oversee daily bar functions, create innovative beverage menus, and ensure smooth service. You'll inspire and mentor our bartenders to deliver top-notch customer service and craft beverages that keep our guests coming back for more.
Please note that La Luna Beach Club Bar is a high-volume dispense and service bar and when serving a full venue, it requires a manager capable of handling high-pressure scenarios and intense service demands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee Bar Operations: Manage and supervise the bar team, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational efficiency.
* Develop Beverage Menus: Curate and continually refresh an innovative cocktail and beverage list that complements our beach club vibe.
* Stock Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, manage supplier relationships, and oversee inventory control.
* Staff Training & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff, encouraging professional growth and a collaborative team environment.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure the bar operates in full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Financial Management: Manage bar budgets, track sales, and develop strategies to maximise profitability.
* Customer Experience: Uphold La Luna's reputation for excellence by delivering outstanding guest experiences and promptly addressing any feedback.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume, premium hospitality environment.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a diverse team.
* Creativity & Passion: A genuine love for mixology and a drive to keep up with current trends while bringing your own flair.
* Strong Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with staff, guests, and suppliers.
