Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled administrative coordinator to provide essential support to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To accurately process accounts payable invoices and manage supplier payments.
* To code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts.
* To process journals, adjustments and reconciliations as required.
* To reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies.
* To manage accounts receivable functions, including creating invoices, allocating payments, and following up overdue accounts.
* To assist with weekly and monthly supplier payment runs.
* To maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
* To answer incoming phone calls and greet/assist customers at reception.
* To provide administrative support to the broader team as required.
