A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Technical Sales Specialist reporting to the Executive Manager of Technical Sales.
Responsibilities
* Support Retail Service Providers (RSPs) by delivering pre-contract technical sales support across nbn fibre products including FTTP and Enterprise Ethernet.
* Coordinate end-to-end fibre estimate requests, technical quoting and deal support with accuracy and accountability.
* Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Commercial teams to prepare detailed technical inputs and guide smaller or lower-complexity deals through to handover.
* Bring structure and clarity to processes, ensuring activities align with governance frameworks and quality standards while meeting timelines.
* Facilitate information flow from fibre pathway insights through to contract execution through cross-team collaboration.
* Lead the fibre path request process, coordinating, tracking, and delivering requests within agreed timeframes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and stakeholder experience.

* You have experience in technical sales, pre-sales support or bid coordination in telecommunications or similar environments.

* You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities with ownership and attention to detail.
