Our client is an award winning residential and commercial building Group with over 20 years of experience building in the Queensland and NSW markets. Building in excess of 300 homes per annum they are now seeking to appoint a professional Construction Administrator to provide high level service to their clients throughout the construction process. In addition you will be responsible for providing support to the building Site Supervisors and Management.
Reporting to the Office Manager your daily responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:
- Supporting the Construction Manager and Site Supervisors with all admin duties
- Follow up building supervisors for key documents
- Maintain all quality assurance
- Provide customer service support to clients at all stages of of the build
- Provide support to other areas such as Estimating and Contracts departments
The ideal Construction Administrator will possess the following:
- Minimum of 2+ years experience with a residential volume home builder working in a similar role
- Have a broad understanding of construction issues
- A thorough understanding of HIA Contracts (advantageous)
- Have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Good computer skills
- Proficient in the use of Onsite Companion (preferred)
