Key Responsibilities
* Create a welcoming, high‐quality experience for every member interaction, building strong relationships.
* Support members with their enquiries and help them stay motivated on their fitness journey.
* Blend sales, service and operational support in a fast‐moving 24‐hour gym environment.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience and success in a fast‐paced premium customer service role.
* Interest and passion for health and fitness.
* Intermediate computer skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to perform in an autonomous environment.
* Availability to work Saturdays and some weekdays.
* Previous sales experience desirable.
