Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an NBN Accredited Data or Fiber Installer, located in Chatswood West, NSW. The primary responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining NBN data or fiber infrastructure. Tasks include accurately diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality outcomes. Other duties include recording and reporting job completions and maintaining a high level of customer service while attending to client sites.
Qualifications
* Relevant NBN Installer Accreditation is required
* Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to data and fiber installations
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Previous experience in a similar role and a valid driver's license are essential
