This role is a fixed term 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive brand strategies and positioning specifically for CRE properties and portfolios, understanding what differentiates assets in competitive markets.
* Conduct thorough research to identify unique positioning opportunities that set properties apart, using data and market insights to inform strategic brand decisions.
* Create detailed brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and documentation that ensure consistent brand expression across all marketing touchpoints and materials.
* Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to conduct needs analysis, translating business objectives into actionable marketing insights and strategies.
* Own the complete production process from concept to delivery—managing timelines, approvals, and execution of high-impact marketing materials using both existing guidelines and agency partnerships.
* Develop content strategies and narrative frameworks that directly support business development objectives and strengthen market presence for Property Management services.
* Work collaboratively with national Marketing, Customer Experience, and leasing teams to drive new business acquisition across all sectors and service lines.
* Lead with strong customer orientation, acting as an advocate for end users in both internal strategy discussions and external client conversations.
* Monitor CRE trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to identify content innovation opportunities across new platforms, formats, and communities.
* Track campaign performance, analyse results, and present data-driven recommendations and learnings to clients and internal teams to continuously optimise approach.

* Qualification in design, communications, marketing or a related field
* Experience creating, managing and distributing written and visual content across owned, earned and paid media channels
* Superior written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail
* Ability to turn ideas and themes into timely, relevant and contextual content
* Experience with CMS platforms
* Good time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
