The Role
This opportunity will see you supporting our PMO team through your excellent administration skills.
Some of your responsibilities will include: -
Develop, review and prepare client and Board reporting
Set up and monitor individual projects
Participate in audits to ensure adherence to our Project Management Methodology (Prince2 or similar)
Management of PMO documentation including creation of templates, standard reports etc.
Participate in Project reviews, providing the necessary documentation to support managers.
You
Working in a large and busy team of professionals, you will provide administrative support to your team. Although some training will be provided, previous experience in Project Management administration will be highly regarded. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate the following: -
5+ years' experience in a substantial administration role
Exemplary skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and Project. Intermediate skills in platforms like SharePoint and Smartsheet
Professional customer service skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines without compromising service quality
Very strong communication – oral, written and presentation skills
Superior attention to detail and organisational skills
Your maturity, professional and confident approach along with your ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality while multi-tasking will allow you to shine in this role.
