This Mobile Service Manager role is to oversee multiple OSHC services in the Gladstone Region, being supported by an existing team of a dedicated Gladstone based regional management team. Supporting the leaders and educator in 8 services, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow high-quality OSHC programs.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 8 hours of dedicated non‐contact administrative time to support your success.
Working hours:
* Before School Care: 6:00am – 9:00am
* After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm

About the role:
As a Mobile Service Manager, you'll never be bored — every day brings new experiences, different teams to support, and opportunities to make an impact across our services. You'll travel between services, stepping in where support is needed most, leading teams, maintaining high‐quality program delivery, and creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting services with daily operations and leadership coverage
* Leading and mentoring teams of Educators
* Delivering engaging programs including sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking, and wellbeing activities
* Managing compliance, safety, and operational standards
* Building positive relationships with children, families, schools, and team members
* Supporting services to achieve strong quality and assessment outcomes
* Assisting with roster management, administration, and program planning
You will be working across the following services:
* Gladstone West
* Gladstone South
* Boyne Island
* Tannum
* Clinton
* Kin Kora
* Trinity College
Who are we looking for?
* Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role.
* Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA.
* National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills.
* A current and valid Blue Card.
* A current driver's licence and willingness to travel between services.
* Availability to work split shifts Monday to Friday.
* A passion for creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for children.
