* We are looking for an experienced maintenance planner to develop and schedule maintenance plans for our teams.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and scheduling maintenance plans that align with business objectives;
2. Coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities;
3. Managing and tracking maintenance records, including inventory levels and equipment performance;
4. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs;
A successful maintenance planner will have a strong understanding of computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS), excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
