Business Systems Modernisation Specialist
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technical delivery as our government client embarks on a major modernisation programme.
* Elicit and document business requirements from operational teams, analysing current-state workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Map current system architecture and data flows across the ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and maximising efficiency.
* Assess data quality, including duplicates, orphaned records, and referential integrity issues, to inform data-driven decision making.
* Collaborate with developers to validate technical approaches against business requirements, driving successful project outcomes.
Necessary Skills and Expertise
* Understanding of ETL processes and data integration patterns, enabling efficient data management and analysis.
* Knowledge of asset management, facilities management, or infrastructure domains, facilitating informed decision making and strategic planning.
* Experience supporting system modernisation and/or migration projects, demonstrating expertise in complex programme delivery.
