Key Responsibilities:

To drive business growth and revenue expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our cloud strategy. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute joint strategies with partners to promote Mainstream's cloud solutions.

* Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to sell and promote Mainstream's cloud offerings.
* Build client databases, position Mainstream as a leading cloud service provider in Bulgaria, and drive revenue growth through cloud adoption.
* Act as a liaison between Mainstream and partners, ensuring smooth communication and technical alignment.
* Track sales performance, identify challenges, and implement solutions to drive sales growth.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, economy, or technical sciences (preferred).
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within cloud, telecom, or IT services.
* Strong understanding of cloud computing, IaaS, ICT, and managed cloud services.
* Experience with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle) or other relevant platforms (advantageous).
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to train and support sales teams to improve cloud service sales.
* Exceptional negotiation skills, active listening, and assertive communication.
