About the role:
* Lead and inspire the counter team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences through personalised skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations
* Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through expert clienteling and follow-up
* Ensure the counter environment is impeccably merchandised, clean, and aligned with Dior's brand standards
* Manage daily operations including rostering, stock control, and inventory accuracy
* Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance product knowledge, service skills, and professional growth
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive business growth and customer loyalty
* Collaborate with store management and Dior representatives to execute brand initiatives and promotional events
* Uphold Dior's brand values, image, and customer service excellence at all times
