Senior Structural Engineer – Ports & Marine
Based in Brisbane, you'll join Aurecon's global centre of excellence in Ports, Marine & Coastal, playing a key role in shaping and delivering projects across Australasian ports.
What You'll Do
* Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery.
* Work with high‐performing multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges.
* Deliver high‐quality advice that informs decisions.
* Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions.
* Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance.
What You'll Bring
* Relevant engineering qualifications and 6+ years' experience with substantial experience in marine structural and port engineering.
* Proven ability to shape, lead and deliver projects across the full lifecycle.
* Strong track record of building trusted client relationships through high‐quality delivery, with solid project and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive approach to learning and developing alongside industry‐leading technical experts.
* Ability to communicate complex marine and structural concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong structural engineering foundations, with the capability to develop bespoke design solutions and mentor junior team members.
* The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions.
