Site and Service
Roxby Downs Health Service is situated approximately 250 km north of Port Augusta. It is a 10-bed (including flex bed) facility that provides an accident and emergency service, general medical care and a wide range of regular visiting outpatient services.
About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse you will work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care. You'll have the opportunity to consolidate your skills and grow from novice to proficient practice through hands-on experience and ongoing professional development. This role offers the chance to be part of a supportive team environment where collaboration and accountability are valued, and where your contribution to patient care is recognised and appreciated.
About You
Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and holding a current practising certificate.
Experience providing nursing care in compliance with appropriate standards of practice.
Broad based general nursing experience.
Immunisation Risk – Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances).
