Catholic Special School is a community where Our Lady of La Vang Special School, Flinders Park and St Patrick's Special School, Dulwich come together to create a nurturing and inclusive educational environment for children and young people requiring specialist education because of intellectual disability and complex needs.

Role Details
* Demonstrate a commitment to the vision of Catholic Special School: Our Lady of La Vang School and a willingness to incorporate the ethos of the school into all aspects of their work.
* Provide evidence-based Educational Occupational Therapy services to the school including intervention and consultation within a Multidisciplinary team.
* Collaboratively build the capacity of teachers and school communities to meet the needs of students with communication and learning needs.
* Contribute and actively participate in relevant team-based processes and projects.
* Engage in continuing education and professional development in Education and Occupational Therapy.
* Work in partnership with teachers, families and other therapists to integrate strategies and plans to support students.
* Experience in delivering multi-levelled occupational therapy interventions in a school-based setting and developing capacity through coaching.
Additional Information
The successful applicant will be required to undergo our screening processes and hold a current Working with Children Check and completed the 7‐hour Responding to Risk Harm Abuse and Neglect training RRHAN.
