About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Health Safety & Training Administration Support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and processing site onboarding requirements, managing reporting, data entry, and invoicing tasks accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating and processing all site onboarding requirements.
* Managing reporting, data entry, and invoicing tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Maintaining document control, including assisting other departments with publishing, formatting, and updating documentation.
* Providing administrative support in the planning of site Training and related events.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A positive and proactive attitude.
* Strong computer literacy and confidence working collaboratively within a team.
* Proficiency in business systems such as SAP, CMO, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Ideagen (formerly Damstra), and Power BI or similar.
* Fast, accurate, and high-volume data entry skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Sound problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* A high level of initiative and a desire to continuously improve processes and systems.
