ICT Support Technician Role
A highly motivated and skilled ICT support technician is required to join our team in providing technical support to various departments. This role involves performing regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and completing job orders for systems managed by the IT team.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct routine maintenance checks on electronic systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Plan and prepare for equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs as needed.
* Analyze faults and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
* Maintain the reliability of security systems and site electronics.
* Install, repair, and maintain fiber optic networks associated with IT infrastructure.
* Develop and maintain circuit diagrams and electronic schematics.
* Collaborate with project teams as required to achieve project goals.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols at all times.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Lenel certification and 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with MS Office operating system and other relevant software applications.
