About the Role

As Key Account Manager – Foodservice, you'll manage distributor and end‐user relationships across your territory.

This role involves daily management and interaction with customers to maximize opportunities and leverage our brand positioning. You will manage both distributors and end‐users across multiple channels, driving customer demand. This is a true field sales role, requiring a hands‐on approach and regular travel.

Responsibilities
* Manage distributor and end‐user relationships across your WA territory
* Plan and execute call cycle, prioritising high‐opportunity customers
* Drive growth across core product categories
* Lead activations such as cook‐ups with customers to support product launches and promotions
* Achieve sales budgets and execute sales objectives along with cycle initiatives.
* Proactively seek opportunities to improve our service offering.
* Ensure compliance with the company's health and safety policies.
* Capture and share market and customer insights

About You
* 2 years FMCG Sales experience – required
* Sales experience within foodservice – highly desirable
* Understanding of key customer requirements and margin drivers
* Comfortable building long‐term distributor and customer relationships
* Well organised and confident planning your own workload
* Strong communicator who enjoys being out in the field
* Valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel within WA
