Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you will play a key role in delivering responsive HR advice, coordinating people processes and supporting initiatives that enhance the employee experience. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities Preparing employment contracts, variations and employee documentation Providing first-level HR advice and support to leaders and employees Managing HR systems, employee records and reporting Supporting engagement, wellbeing and culture initiatives Monitoring HR inboxes and responding to employee queries Assisting with HR projects, policy reviews and continuous improvement initiatives You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Client Services and Corporate teams to ensure people processes are efficient, compliant and employee-focused.
