Clinical Lead Support Nurse Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Lead Support Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing the capabilities of our clinical workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
* Mentoring team members to develop their skills and knowledge
* Partnering with Regional General Manager and site General Managers to improve clinical leadership and governance
* Supporting the orientation, professional development and career advancement of nursing and care staff
* Ensuring best practice across all aspects of person-centred care
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* AHPRA registration as an RN
* Significant clinical experience in aged care, including resident assessment, care planning, and clinical oversight
* Strong knowledge of aged care reforms, accreditation processes, and the Strengthened Quality Standards
* Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

The ideal candidate will have a current National Police Check, current vaccinations in line with government health directives, and the ability to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
They will also be designated as Key Personnel under the Aged Care Act, subject to suitability assessments.
Finally, they will have a current Australian driver's licence and capacity to travel regularly between Horsham and Hamilton.
