Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a desk across real estate and property development
* Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts
* Source, engage, and manage candidates across the property sector
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
* Provide market insights and strategic hiring advice to clients
* Negotiate offers and manage placements through to completion
About You
* Experience in recruitment or a background in real estate/property (looking to transition)
* Strong business development and relationship management skills
* Commercially driven with a results-focused mindset
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a high-performance environment
