About the Role
As Field Service Supervisor, you'll be on the ground every day — supervising traffic controllers, upholding safety standards, building client relationships, and driving a team culture that makes people proud to come to work. This isn't a desk job. It's hands‐on leadership with real impact.
You'll report to the Operations Manager and take ownership of:
* Safe and compliant delivery of traffic management services
* Day‐to‐day supervision and mentoring of traffic controllers
* On‐road training and upskilling
* Site and branch audits
* Incident investigation
* Client liaison and issue resolution
* Fleet and equipment management
* Injury management and return‐to‐work support
You'll Be a Great Fit If You...
* Have solid experience in traffic control and you're ready for the next level
* Have led or mentored others — formally or informally
* Treat safety as a mindset, not just a requirement
* Stay calm under pressure and can manage competing priorities
* Communicate confidently with both crew and clients
