Responsibilities
* Diagnosing and repairing plumbing and gas faults
* Installing and servicing plumbing systems, fixtures, and gas appliances
* Attending residential and commercial service jobs
* Communicating with clients regarding job scope and recommendations
* Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
* Completing job documentation and reporting
* Managing job schedules and ensuring timely completion of work
* Liaising with team members and supervisors on job progress
* Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle
* Reviewing completed work to ensure consistent quality standards
* Participating in training and development activities
Qualifications
* Fully qualified and licensed Plumber and Gas Fitter (WA) with proven industry experience
* Strong technical capability across plumbing and gas systems, including installation, maintenance and fault finding
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Knowledge of Australian standards and compliance requirements
* Ability to interpret plans and technical drawings
* Experience across residential and commercial environments
* Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Excellent problem‐solving ability
* Safety‐conscious with a strong understanding of compliance requirements
