Reporting to the Assistant Group Payroll Manager and based at our Newcastle site, you will enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and people skills. You will be solutions focused, enjoy problem solving, and bring lots of energy to work in a fast‐paced environment.
This role is offered on a fixed term 12‐month contract.
What you will be doing:
* Accurate and timely data entry of payroll information
* Managing the payroll inbox and responding to employee queries
* Assisting with reporting and reconciliation of payroll data
* High level of professionalism, dealing with sensitive, confidential documents and personal information

What you will bring:
* Experience with SAP will be highly regarded, but not essential
* Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
