This role is responsible for fulfilling smartcard requests received from the service centre and web channels. The role receives the order request, processes the card order as appropriate -including personalising and initialising cards as appropriate, maintains customer records, dispatches cards to customers and provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Process card orders
- Initialise and distribute card stock
- Process card returns and refund requests
- Produce and maintain reports as appropriate
- Maintain card inventory records to ensure card stock levels are appropriate, provide weekly stock take reports
- Liaise with management regarding performance, inventory levels and card stock
- Attend team meetings and workshops, performance reviews and company audits
- Organise mail and parcel pickups through Australia Post and Courier companies as appropriate
- Perform card Quality Audit testing under the direction of management
- Order starter pack collateral and forms as required
- General administrative duties such as mailing, faxing and filing
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

**Minimum Job Requirements**:
**Skills/Experience/Knowledge**
**Essential**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the transport / ticketing / payment card industry
- Able to demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry and computing skills including ability to quickly learn recent front-end systems
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (including excel)
