About This Role

* Location: CFA HQ Burwood
* Full Time – Ongoing
* PTA 2: $60,524 pa (plus 12% superannuation)

About the Role

Are you looking for a full-time, ongoing role? This is a great opportunity to join CFA where you will use your strong administration skills to support volunteer training and development across Victoria. You will bring or gain experience within Learning and Development while contributing to programmes that support CFA volunteers and communities. Based at CFA Headquarters in Burwood East, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of statewide learning and development programmes. Working closely with the Lead, Learning & Development, State Coordinators, Learning & Development Coordinators and volunteers, you'll help coordinate training activities that build capability across CFA brigades.

About You

* Coordinate administrative activities to support meetings, including agendas, venues and catering
* Prepare and maintain training materials, reports, data and other documentation
* Support the management of learning and development databases and systems
* Assist with scheduling instructors and training courses across the state
* Manage communications and correspondence for the Frontline Learning & Development team
* Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
