About GP Aged Care Network is seeking VR General Practitioners to join a growing RACF visiting service across Adelaide and surrounding areas. This role offers a supported independent practice model for GPs who want to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in Residential Aged Care Facilities, without the administrative load and overheads of traditional clinic-based practice.
Key Features
Retain 80–90% of billings, depending on engagement model
No traditional clinic overheads or room rental
Full billing, administration and coordination support
Flexible part-time or full-time arrangements
Established RACF patient base in DPA locations suitable for moratorium GPs needing a provider number
Meaningful aged care work with autonomy and strong income potential
Clinical Scope
Comprehensive aged care management
Chronic disease and complex care
Medication reviews and deprescribing
Palliative and end-of-life care
Case conferencing and care planning
Multidisciplinary care coordination
Support Provided
Centralised billing and MBS claiming support
GPACI tracking and support
Nurse Practitioner and Practice Nurse support
Administrative and triage support IT systems and RACF remote System access
Scheduling and RACF coordination
Clinical governance and peer support
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking VR GPs with FRACGP or FACRRM who have an interest in aged care, strong communication skills, and a desire for autonomy, flexibility and meaningful clinical work.
