Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the effectiveplanning,organizingandcoordinationfortheimplementationofpreventiveandcorrectivemaintenance activities of all WESM revenue metering installations in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao (LuzViMin). Theposition ismainlyaccountableforthefollowing corefunctions:
Planning and formulation of the annual preventive and corrective maintenance package of all WESM revenuemeteringinstallationinLuzViMin;
Facilitates direct coordination with the Regional Planning groups of LuzViMin for the harmonization of annualmaintenance package of substation, transmission, and metering assetsof NGCP;
Overall monitoring of standard maintenance and documentation requirements of Metering Facility MaintenancegroupsinLuzViMintoensure compliance to WESMandPGCrequirements;
Effectiveandtimelyissuance andcloseoutofMaintenanceOrdersforallrevenuemetering equipment,pertainingto commissioning, maintenance, and retirement activities as well as Monitoring & Measuring Equipment (MME)calibrationnotification;
Monitortheinventoryofmeteringassets inLuzViMin.
Updating and Registration of Metering Installation at CRSS (IEMOP).
Plans and Administrates the implementation of WESM compliance projects, preventive and corrective maintenance activities of all WESM revenue metering installations in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Ensures the compliance of all metering installations in LuzViMin through the implementation of planned maintenance activities.
Ensure the harmonization of NGCP's internal business process with WESM Rules and Metering Manual pertaining to metering equipment maintenance and calibration requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics and Communications Engineering
* Licensed Electrical / Electronics and Communications Engineer
* Three (3) years relevant experience
* Knowhow in the testing and maintenance of power metering
* Proficient in oral and written communication
* Knowledgeable in IMS, ERP/SAP Applications, EAM,
