Hourly Rate: $45.46 per hour + 12% super.
Additional payment of $4.32 per hour available under the Worker Retention Payment Scheme.
Schedule:- Before School Care: 6:45AM‐8:45AM- After School Care: 2:30PM‐6:00PM- Hours: Monday‐Friday (guaranteed all school days)- Travel: Work close to home- Professional development sessions are paid training sessions; retention payments are above award.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
* Be the visionary: lead the service planning and programming of science experiments, sports tournaments, and creative arts for children.
* Ensure safety and inclusion: lead a safe environment where every child feels respected.
* Prepare healthy snacks that maintain energy levels.
* Collaborate with the Programs Engagement Manager on assessment, ratings and compliance.
* Engage stakeholders and build integrated OSHC programs.
* Manage day‐to‐day operations to keep the service running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Mix
* Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, School‐aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, or related field (or studying toward one).
* Warm, engaging, "can‐do" attitude.
* Valid Working With Children Check; Child Protection Training Certificate; First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certificates (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong networking skills and ability to build trust quickly with children, educators and school leadership.
