We are looking for an Assistant Winemaker or Winemaker with the following qualifications and characteristics.
* Australian Residence or a valid working visa for Australia.
* A valid Australian forklift license.
* A degree in Oenology or an equivalent tertiary qualification.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in a permanent role as an Assistant Winemaker or Winemaker.
* A strong work ethic and personal drive.
* A keen interest and the motivation to learn on the job and acquire new skills related to premium fruit and winemaking.
* A high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
* A firm grasp of and rigorous attitude towards cellar hygiene.
