Hotel Operations Manager
Panache Hotel Group seeks a seasoned operations manager to oversee daily hotel activities at Mantra on Hay.
* Supervise and coordinate across departments to ensure seamless operations
* Manage guest relations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Lead team members, monitor financial transactions, and enforce hotel policies
* Collaborate with maintenance and security teams to maintain guest safety and facility standards
* Develop and implement effective shift handovers
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory or operations management role
* Proven leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
* Ability to work flexible shifts and possess strong knowledge of hotel systems
