Role: Agi Operator – entry level underground mining role on a 2:2 roster (days & nights). Permanent contract after 6‐month probation.
Responsibilities
* Operate Agi trucks (concrete trucks) for shotcrete transport from surface batch plant to underground work areas.
* Assist with shotcrete product transport and support ground‐support tasks.
* Meet shift and swing KPIs.
* Adhere to safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
* Operate a range of machinery including Sandvik Cablebolters, Normet Shotcreters, Elphinstone Agi, Volvo loaders, and light vehicles.
Qualifications and Skills
* Unrestricted driver's licence with ability to drive manual vehicles.
* Prior experience operating or driving trucks (not essential but highly regarded).
* Highly reliable, punctual, trustworthy and able to work autonomously and in a team.
* Current National Police Clearance and pre‐employment medical clearance.
* Desire to learn and develop into shotcreting and cablebolt operations.
