The Opportunity
We are seeking a Food & B Attendant to join Breakfast serice, supporting the delivery of warm, polished and efficient service within Crystalbrook Bailey.
This is a guest-facing role where you will help create a welcoming and memorable start to the day for our guests. From preparing the restaurant for service and supporting buffet or à la carte operations through to clearing tables and anticipating guest needs, you will play an important role in ensuring service flows smoothly during busy breakfast periods.
Fast‐paced, energetic and highly collaborative, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys morning shifts and takes pride in delivering genuine guest service.
The Talent
You are friendly, energetic and enjoy creating positive guest experiences through genuine hospitality.
You bring a proactive attitude, work well as part of a team and remain calm and organised during busy service periods.
You will bring:
* Previous experience food & B experience within a premium hotel or restaurant environment - experience within hotel breakfast operations will be highly regarded.
* A passion for hospitality and guest service
* Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment
* Excellent presentation and attention to detail
* A current QLD RSA
* Availability to work morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays
