About the role Red Cross believes that everyone deserves a home that is safe, secure and affordable.In this role you will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Case Workers delivering vital case management support within the Homelessness Service Hub.
The Hub provides a range of information, support, housing and specialist services to assist people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and acts as a single entry point to find housing and support in Townsville.
What you will bring Significant experience within the homelessness sector Proven track record as an effective leader, supporting and building constructive relationships within teams Demonstrated interpersonal skills including excellent communication skills Experience in providing programs to clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in use of software applications Working with Children Check Benefits that act for you, while you act for humanity Financial wellbeing: In addition to your salary, you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
