The Position
Reporting to Head of Leasing and the Centre Management Team, we are seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join the team in a full-time capacity.
Draft lease proposals
Ensure leases are executed and registered
Attend team meetings
Liaise with external legal / finance teams
Database management
Manage lease deadlines, rent reviews, etc
Compliance document management
Liaise throughout tenancy fit-out process
The Criteria
Sound knowledge of Retail Leases Act (preferred)
Candidates from a Paralegal background will also be highly regarded
Previous lease administration experience
High level attention to detail as well as strong verbal / written communication skills
Excellent time management
