Responsibilities
* Providing technical support to a variety of Digital Canberra systems and applications, which may include development work for one or more systems, including the ACT Digital Health Record (DHR).
* Managing user requests, audits and system management functions to ensure the ongoing seamless operation of systems and hardware.
* Undertaking investigation and research activities relating to assigned ICT tasks.
* Providing second level technical support for operational issues associated with applications supported by Digital Health Group.
* Work with the business and other technical resources to investigate chronic business and technical issues and propose options for resolution.
* Managing other small technical ICT projects to achieve business objectives.
* Providing technical support services to Digital Canberra project teams including assisting in the assessing and prioritisation of technical requests and undertaking technical project tasks. Develop and maintain relevant technical documentation.
* Undertaking other duties appropriate to this level of classification which contribute to the operations of the Group.
Eligibility / Other Requirements
* Highly desirable:
o Experience interacting with national healthcare systems such as My Health Record (MHR)
o Previous experience working within the healthcare system.
o Training in or experience with ACT's Digital Health Record (DHR) system.

This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of 12 months with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
