The Role & Responsibilities

As Transformation Executive, you will oversee the SLUI function. Reporting directly to the Chief Airspace Network Officer, you will be accountable for planning, delivering, and executing a portfolio of projects that enable Aerodromes, Airspace, and Networks teams to implement strategic change.

You will serve as the key liaison between the Change Program, EPMO, and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring timely decision-making, effective issue escalation, and strong stakeholder engagement – including at the executive level.

Main Responsibilities:

* Lead and inspire teams behind the change plan, elevating conversations to focus on performance and outcomes.
* Drive enterprise alignment by connecting planned activities with upstream and downstream stakeholders to maximise collective impact.
* Manage and mentor program managers, project managers, and delivery teams to achieve organisational and functional objectives.
* Prepare and present materials for Board, ELT, and Portfolio Board meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment on decisions and priorities.
* Collaborate across portfolios to identify efficiencies and optimise organisational performance.

Qualifications & Experience

* A proven track record in business strategy, engagement, cultural alignment, and change management.
* Experience in delivering large-scale transformation projects in complex organisations.
* Expertise in portfolio, program, and project management principles.
* Able to critically review and accelerate initiatives, ensuring sustainable benefits.
* In-depth knowledge of transformation methodologies.
* Relevant qualifications in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Exceptional communication, analytical, and coaching skills, with the ability to execute in short intervals.
