As Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the success of the Ballarat office while delivering exceptional project outcomes.
Be part of the team managing end-to-end delivery of varied development projects valued at $0.5M to $30M and enjoy all that country life has to offer, with work commutes in town anywhere from 2 to 15 minutes.

The Role
As a Construction Project Manager your role is to coordinate and deliver development projects within their set budget, schedule and quality targets. You will work proactively with a high degree of diplomacy, to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as your client's representative to protect their interests and achieve optimal outcomes.

About You
* Construction project management experience (3+ years preferred, but not essential).
* Qualifications in construction/engineering/architecture/project management or a relevant field is essential.
* Experience liaising with government authorities and agencies preferred, including obtaining regulatory approvals.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
* Genuine passion to pursue a client-side career with a proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders to create project-specific teams.
* A strong understanding of project management principles and the project lifecycle.
* Previous experience in delivering projects of any type.
* Ability to work autonomously to deliver the best outcome possible for clients.
* Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, MS Project and Outlook.
* Must possess a current driver's licence.
