Your new role As a Test Manager, you will operate at a programme level, reporting to the Programme Test Manager and overseeing testing activities across multiple streams.You will: Own and drive the test strategy and delivery across workstreams within the programme. Lead and coordinate functional and automation testing efforts, ensuring alignment with programme objectives. Oversee the uplift of automation capability, including frameworks leveraging Playwright Provide leadership across test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting Support quality assurance across cloud migration initiatives Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology teams Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of AI-driven testing opportunities Provide guidance to teams while remaining close enough to delivery to add technical value when required What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Test Manager within large-scale transformation or enterprise programmes Strong background in test strategy, governance, and delivery management Solid understanding of automation testing, with experience overseeing frameworks using tools such as Playwright Experience operating within cloud transformation environments Insurance industry experience is essential, with Claims experience highly desirable.
