The Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of client relationships while contributing to leadership and firm direction. Your responsibilities will include:
* Work on a portfolio of SME clients across tax and advisory
* Reviewing financial statements, income tax returns and complex compliance work
* Providing practical, commercial and legislative advice
* Leading, mentoring and reviewing work of junior and intermediate staff
* Managing workflow, deadlines and client expectations
* Acting as a trusted adviser and key point of contact for clients
* Working closely with Directors on strategy, growth and succession planning
This role offers autonomy, leadership influence and meaningful progression.
What You'll Bring
* CA or CPA qualification
* Proven experience at a Senior Accountant level within public practice
* Strong technical background across taxation and business services
* Demonstrated leadership, mentoring or portfolio management experience
* Confidence managing clients independently
* Commercial mindset with strong communication skills
* Ambition to progress into a leadership or Partner-level role
