We are looking for a Site Manager to join a rapidly growing commercial construction company that operates across multiple sectors including commercial, aged care, education, government/council, hospitality, retail, healthcare, and public realm. Over the last 2 years the company has experienced rapid growth, doubling both its revenue and headcount.
Responsibilities
Full site set up.
Management of all trades and subcontractors.
Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S;).
Management of stakeholders both internally and externally.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects.
Proven experience managing full life-cycle civic / government / education projects with values no less than $10mil.
Solid management and coordination skills.
Excellent understanding of OH&S.;
Ability to work autonomously.
What's In It For You
$70 per hour + super.
40 hours per week.
3-month contract.

Work based locally to Adelaide.
