About the Role
Reporting to the Training Superintendent, you will support the Production department by coordinating and maintaining training systems, competency compliance, and workforce development activities across site.
Responsibilities
* Coordinating training and competency requirements for Production personnel
* Maintaining training records and compliance systems
* Assisting with onboarding and site inductions
* Supporting Verification of Competency (VOC) processes
* Liaising with supervisors and operational teams regarding workforce capability
* Scheduling training activities and monitoring compliance deadlines
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the training function
* Ensuring training documentation aligns with site and legislative requirements
About You
* Previous experience in a mining training or training administration role
* Strong understanding of mining competency and compliance requirements
* Experience using Learning Management Systems and training databases
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office applications
* Current Driver Licence
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded)
