Overview
A respected and long-standing Family Law practice on the Gold Coast is growing its team following recent promotions. They are seeking a motivated Paralegal who has already gained some grounding in Family Law and is eager to further develop their expertise with the support of senior practitioners.

What You Bring
- At least 12 months’ experience in Family Law
- Working knowledge of property and parenting matters
- Passion for working in Family Law
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and sound tech capability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Eagerness to learn and take direction from experienced mentors
Key Responsibilities
- Taking initial client enquiries and providing timely support
- Drafting correspondence and preparing legal documents
- Assisting with court filings and compiling briefs for counsel
- Managing case files, liaising with clients, courts, and professionals
- Offering general administrative assistance to the wider team
