Job Overview
We have exciting opportunities for experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our DIDO team in the Bowen Basin, QLD. This is a hands‐on leadership role supervising the team of General Assistants within the dining room and crib area to drive continuous improvement to our food service. This is a permanent full‐time role on a 14:7 DIDO roster – driving to site locally, or catching our staff bus from Mackay, QLD.
About You
* Strong leadership experience in large catering environments (hotels, functions, remote accommodation)
* Experience working in high volume, fast‐paced work environments
* Passion for training and developing staff, with exceptional communication skills
* Basic computer and administrative skills, detail‐oriented and punctual
* Licensed driver, with confidence to drive on site
