What is Executive Manager Digital Banking Products - MMBL?

Drive end-to-end development and lifecycle management of digital banking products across payments, onboarding, account servicing, and ecosystem services, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.

Lead product strategy through roadmap ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and data‐driven optimization using KPIs, user analytics, and experimentation to improve growth, experience, and operational efficiency.

What Executive Manager Digital Banking Products - MMBL does?
* Drive end‐to‐end design, launch, and evolution of digital banking products across payments, customer acquisition, account servicing, and integrated ecosystem capabilities in close collaboration with Engineering, Business, Customer Experience, Risk & Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders.
* Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and long‐term platform scalability.
* Define, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators including success rates, conversions, customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
* Develop and manage strategic relationships with payment processors, fintechs, banks, regulators, and other financial institutions to enable ecosystem expansion.
* Ensure compliance of products, processes, and operations with applicable local and international regulatory and scheme requirements.
* Translate business requirements into detailed product artifacts including BRDs, PRDs, user journeys, and functional specifications.
* Collaborate with technology teams through development lifecycle, including solution design, UAT, production rollout, and post‐launch optimization.
* Apply data‐driven decision making, leveraging user behaviours analytics, funnels, and A/B testing to identify opportunities for feature development and product enhancements.
* Identify new product opportunities and enhancements by analysing customer behaviours, market trends, and competitive landscape to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
* Ensure reliability, security, and performance of payment and transaction flows, including monitoring failure points, fraud risks, and system dependencies.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree or MBA in Finance, Marketing or CS is a plus).
* Experience: 5–7 years of practical experience in digital banking domain in a reputed bank with exposure to payment products such as online payments, POS acquiring, payment schemes, virtual cards, and payment gateway solutions.
* Strong commercial acumen with analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Excellent understanding of evolving payment landscape, new technologies and integration architecture.
* Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
