We are seeking experienced Traffic Management Practitioners to join our expanding team. As a vital member, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic while contributing to major infrastructure projects that make a difference.
Job Description
We require Direct Traffic Controllers to work on various projects across Queensland. Your primary responsibility will be to direct traffic for works and events using Stop/Slow Bat.
You will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring traffic management plans, performing vehicle pre-start checks, load/unload signage, and equipment. Additionally, you will complete necessary documentation and hazard assessments, report hazards and near misses promptly, and maintain safety standards for workers, pedestrians, cyclists, and the public.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* QLD TC – Traffic Control License
* Highly Desirable: QLD TMI – Traffic Management Implementation License
* Valid driver's license and reliable transport
* Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
* Basic computer skills
* Strong communication skills with a focus on safety
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
