About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and self-motivated Scheduling Coordinator to join our energetic Claims Team in Burleigh Heads. In this role, you'll work closely with our amazing Customer Service team to coordinate the daily schedules of our Estimators across Australia, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring our clients receive timely, quality service.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and coordinating Estimator schedules nationally in an efficient, timely manner
Handling job bookings and appointment scheduling across the Group
Supporting multiple departments with administrative tasks using Prime and SharePoint
Providing excellent client communication and engagement
Coordinating daily workflow for our Estimators
Assisting with general office duties and contributing to a positive team environment
What You'll Bring
Minimum 12 months' experience in a high-volume scheduling or coordination role
Previous experience in insurance repairs scheduling is an advantage
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Attention to detail and confident communication skills
Experience working in construction, trades, or insurance repairs (preferred)
A friendly, professional phone manner and strong stakeholder engagement skills
Problem-solving and dispute-resolution abilities
Ability to work on-site at our Burleigh Heads office
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required or valid working visa
